Biography
Founder and CTO of Ecere, designed the eC programming language, initiated the FOSS Ecere Cross-Platform SDK and GNOSIS geospatial software.
Charter member, co-chair of the Ottawa Local Chapter, and co-chair/co-editor of multiple OGC Standard Working Groups: OGC API – Tiles, OGC API – DGGS, OGC Styles & Symbology, OGC API – Coverages, OGC API – Common.
Also co-editor of OGC API – Maps and OGC API – Processes – Part 3: Workflows.
