Biography
Thomas is a co-founder and chair of the German QGIS user group QGIS-DE e.V. This incorporated non-profit association is strongly connected to and a member of the german language OSGeo local chapter FOSSGIS e.V.
As voting member of the QGIS.ORG Asscociation the mission of QGIS-DE e.V. is to promote, support and fund the QGIS project as well as its user community.
