Biography
I have been involved in the location and geospatial information field since 2004 and co-founded “MIERUNE” in 2016. I focus on building a professional team with a unique culture, managing the organization for the product’s success, and making decisions about how the team will solve the challenges faced by users and customers. My specialties are “GIS (Geographic Information System)” and “FOSS4G (Free and OpenSource Software for Geospatial)”, and I have extensive knowledge of location data and applications. I’m active under my personal trade name, “dayjournal,” contributing to the open source community and organizing conferences and workshops as a steering member. I’m curious about everything, and I like to go back to the beginning and keep learning. I’m also certified by “AWS (Amazon Web Services)” as the only “AWS DevTools Hero” in Japan.
