Biography
He is active in the OpenSource community through projects such as GeoServer, where he is the founder and moderator of the Portuguese mailing list (GeoServer-BR) and the FOSSGIS Brazil Magazine where he was the founder and editor.
In 2012 he created
GEOCURSOS, a company whose premise is to contribute to the transmission of knowledge and training of professionals in the area of Open Source GIS through distance education.
Has a blog, where he talks about subjects related to Open Source Geotechnologies since 2007 (with more than 1000 posts).
