Biography
- I am a Geographer, a former sales person, and passionate technical lead for geo data and GIS-Systems in a large enterprise context.
- I am experienced in designing and maintaining large data bases for spatial analysis, combining technical and business entities.
- I am unwaveringly advocating for and using fully open source software stacks.
- I’m in love with geoprocessing, databases and GIS: Honestly – isn’t it cool when data from disparate sources comes together on a map and it simply fits?
- Apart from being an employee with a large German telco I am also self employed under the moniker “datenschoenheit”.
- I also am a married father of three.
