Biography
I have a solid academic background, at the University of Guadalajara, Mexico, I obtained a Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning and Environment; at the University of Salzburg, Austria, I obtained the degree of Master of Science (Geographical Information Science & Systems), I have more than 10 years of experience in the management, administration and execution of geospatial projects, both in Mexico and abroad, also collaborating in the private initiative as well as in the three levels of government in the public sector. As a public official, I am currently in charge of the geomatics department of the municipality of Guadalajara.
