Mekansal Bulut aims to popularize using Open Source GIS software in Turkey. In this respect, we organize basic and advanced educational programs for QGIS, GeoServer and PostGIS. Additionaly, we develop libraries for integration of Open Source solutions to municipalities’ information systems.
